nirii Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your nirii kit. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return your nirii kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price, provided the kit is unopened and in its original packaging. Opened kits cannot be returned due to the consumable nature of our products.

How to Start a Return

Email us at james@nirii.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Please do not ship anything back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your kit arrives damaged or is missing components, email us at james@nirii.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you. No need to return the damaged kit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different kit, please return your unopened kit for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return: opened or used kits, kits returned without prior authorization, and kits returned after the 30-day window.
