Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day. During launches or high-volume promotions, processing may take an additional 1 to 2 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts, before tax).
  • Orders under $50 ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Fedex Ground Economy, for a flat rate of $8.50.
  • Typical transit time is 2 to 6 business days after dispatch. Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

We ship to all 50 states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Typical transit time is 7 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing. The free shipping threshold applies to US orders only.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping charge at checkout. Customs policies vary widely by country; contact your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.

If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties and returned to us, we'll refund the product cost minus original shipping once the package arrives back at our warehouse.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Allow 24 to 48 hours after your shipping confirmation email for tracking to show movement. International tracking may pause while a package clears customs; this is normal.

Address Changes and Errors

Need to change your address? Email us at shipping@nirii.co. as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before your order is fulfilled, but we can't reroute a package once it ships.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to either reship it (shipping charges apply) or refund the product cost minus original shipping.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Damaged in transit: If your kit arrives damaged, email us at shipping@nirii.co. within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right. 

Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (US) or 30 days (international), contact us and we'll file a carrier claim and send a replacement or issue a refund.

Marked delivered but missing: Check with neighbors and your building's mail area first; carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a day early. If it hasn't turned up within 3 days, contact us and we'll help track it down.
